Description
Gold runs through the veins of Pittsburgh, and this uniform proudly embraces the unmistakable black-and-gold identity of all three of the city's major sports teams. The front wordmark channels a classic, rugged pirate aesthetic that is rooted in tradition while remaining bold on the field. The font's base mirrors the design of the "sister bridges," including the iconic Roberto Clemente Bridge, a primary connection from the North Shore to the city of Pittsburgh. Embodying the pirate spirit, the sleeve patch is inspired by the team's history and the idea that we all raise the Jolly Roger together.
